Well, I did it. I completed our seven day challenge of no starchy carbs. Yay me!!
Daily Meals
Breakfast
leftover fajita chicken
golden plum
grapes
grapefruit (which I detested... no more grapefruit for me!)
Lunch
chicken sausage
carrots and cucumber
1 tsp of smokey tomato hummus
2 oz of mixed nuts
cherries
Supper
1 lean porkchop
garden salad with cucumber, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, almond slices
cooked beets
Snacks
2 small clementines
1 grande white chocolate mocha from Starbucks
Glasses of water - 8
Starchy carbs - nope
Eating after 8pm - nope
Here's hoping the scale shows good results tomorrow!
Blech - don't love grapefruit.
