Daily Food Journal
Breakfast
8 vegetable crackers
2 laughing cow light cheese triangles
Lunch
1 cup of quinoa and beans with sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms
1 yoghurt
1 cup of strawberries
1 banana
1 cup of brocolli and cauliflower with salad dressing as a dip
Supper
Ramen noodles
2 boiled eggs
1 1/2 cups of brocolli, cauliflower and carrots
Harold made a really neat dinner, just boiled some ramen noodles in a water, soy sauce, garlic, onion mix, added a couple of boiled eggs and a bunch of vegetables. Simple but filling and delicious!
Snacks
12 almonds
2 pb cups
Water challenge - accomplished! Although I drank my last two glasses at 10 tonight which means I'll be up all night peeing. Um yay?
Exercise - well, I did walk up the two flights of stairs to work and I lugged around my heavy purse. That counts right?
